Post job Ads and explore new recruitment sources to attract qualified applicants.
Conduct initial screening and categorize the screened CVs to filter the applicants who are most fitting to the job.
Develop sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines, utilizing different channels (job boards, internal database, professional networks, social media platforms, etc.)
Conduct HR Interviews to assess/evaluate the candidates’ qualifications.
Create contracts for newly hired employees and receive their valid hiring documents.
Respond on time for any planned or unplanned needed request.
Attend employment fairs if needed.
Job Requirements
BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
1 to 3 years of experience in massive hiring is a must.
Experience in hiring sales Agents is a Plus.
Ability to work in different projects.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Excellent communications and Strong interpersonal skills.
Initiative, organized and responsible person with the ability to multitask.
