Jr. Student Recruitment Specialist

Job Description

The IG Club is hiring a Jr. Student Recruiter, the recruiter helps students and parents of students in primary and lower secondary stages recognize and achieve their educational goals through enrollment in programs executed by The IG Club.

• Ensuring a smooth movement of leads through the sales funnel by following up with leads until enrollment is made.
• Conduct meetings with students and parents in office and outside.
• Responsible of converting prospective students to applicants
• Identify if the student might need any other service offered or can do a referral.
• Updating CRM regularly.
• Provide accurate and consistent information.
• Clarify programmes requirements, policies and procedures.
• Assisting in events, workshops and conferences.

Job Requirements

• University degree holder
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent command of English (Written and Spoken)
• Must be well organized, and attentive to details
• Able to work independently and in a team
