work from home - Sales Development Representative

You’ll help our partners drive digital innovation by:

• Following up and qualifying Sales Leads
• Working closely with the Marketing, SDR, and Sales teams, and the founders occasionally
• Setting up outbound calling campaigns
• Initiating smart lead finding
• Finding the right decision makers and or influencers within enterprise accounts
• Establish customer relationships with the "decision-making unit", such as Purchasing, Manager, CTO,
• Head of Engineering, General Director, and other influencers
• Asking the right questions to find out if an opportunity is a Remoteplatz Fit along with a set of criteria
• Setting appointments with prospects
• Doing proper handovers to the Account Executives

Job Requirements

You’re the hero we need if you have:

• 0-3 years of experience in enterprise software sales as an SDR/BDR or Inside Sales
• Excellent phone and written communications skills in both German & English (Swiss German and French will be a plus)
• The desire to master this role and take on new challenges
• The ability to work full-time
