Develop detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports and oversee the development and delivery of all program and contract deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines, contract requirements, and quality standards.
Prepares, develops, and coordinates the Mile Execution Tracker (MET) to meet all program and contract objectives. Ensures program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated.
Work closely with the Site Managers and Directors in the planning and execution of tasks and projects to ensure requirements are met, communication is open and transparent, and any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Perform risk and opportunity management (RSKOM) functions for the contract scope in concert with the overall program objectives.
Generation of reports, logs and metrics as determined by the Program Management Team . This includes daily/weekly/monthly reports, monthly performance metrics, and other reports as requested.
Conducts project status and review meetings with key program stakeholders and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
Interface with the LOGCAP Professionals or US Government customers as needed.
Provide programmatic, technical, and analytical guidance to the program team. Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutioning of problems.
