Job Description
Supervise, train, schedule and evaluate Reservation Agents, ensuring that all procedures are performed to the hotel's standards. Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests, visitors and other departments. REPORTS TO: Front Desk Manager. SUPERVISES: Reservation Agents.
