Job Description

  • To be responsible to look after the daily operations of the Talise spa according to the standards.
  • To be responsible for the scheduling of team members.
  • To be proactive and flexible with guest, operation and colleagues needs.
  • To evaluate the operations and procedures of the Spa, and suggest ways for improvement.
  • To handle guest complaints when required.
  • To be the link with the attendants for daily cleaning schedules and the therapists.
  • Respond in a positive manner to any changes in spa functions as indicated by the company.
  • To organize training sessions provided by the company.
  • To be present and active in the training sessions provided by the company.
  • To be responsible of the Guest Services Assistants training and induction (manual, operation explanations).
  • To identify Guest Services Assistants training needs and organize it accordingly.
  • To assist the management in the creation of all training documentation in the areas of expertise.
  • To ensure that the standards and methods of service are maintained as stated in the Spa Manual.
  • To be responsible for the supervision of the guest check in and check out (cash procedure).
  • To ensure that the spa operation runs smoothly.
  • To conduct the daily briefing with the Guest Services Assistants and attendants.
  • To do 4 standard testing audits for the Guest Services Assistants, and give them feedback.
  • Any other reasonable task requested by the management.
