Job Description
- Checking and rectifying all the repairs, maintenance & construction works as directed which reflects on the standard of the Hotel.
- Ensure all the ice machines, fridges, cold rooms, Plant rooms, HVAC equipments are tested and maintained as per requirements.
- Ensure that all Work Order, PPM & CWA’s and General Maintenance works are executed as directed by the Team Leaders.
- Knowledge of maintaining Fire, Life & Safety System and records.
- Knowledge of HVAC/Electrical /Mechanical equipments maintenance and repairs.
- Identification of HVAC /Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing spares & FLS Equipment's.
- To maintain the work area safe and tidy conditions.
- Basics Knowledge and understanding of engineering related drawings.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management
