- Very exciting opportunity for a talented and dedicated Senior Sous Chef who will be supporting the Exec Chef in overseeing all culinary operations at this property. We are interested in speaking to senior Chefs who have worked in 5* luxury hotel properties in major cities – real foodies! Individuals must be hugely passionate about providing the best food & service, anticipating guests needs, staff training & motivation and must have a real eye for detail. Up-to-date with current food trends and dietary requirements!
