Project Manager

As Project Manager oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of short/long term project which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables.

The candidate shall be responsible for all project and construction related activities of the company starting from project management to construction execution, delivering every project on time within budget and scope.

 Overall responsibility of running the entire Projects department

 Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

 Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant persons/departments of the company and ensuring technical feasibility

 Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

 Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques; report and escalate to management as required
