Human Resources Manager

  • Heading up the HR Function, plans, leads, directs, develops and coordinates the policies, activities and staff of the Human Resources Department (HR) and ensures compliance with and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource activities as per Egypt law.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Conduct investigations, maintain record and represent the company as required.
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain employee benefits programs and inform all the team about the benefits by studying and assessing advantage needs and trend; as well as, recommended benefit programs to management.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system.
  • Review professional publications; As well as, establish personal/ professional networks for the sake of the business growth.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 8 years plus of human resources experience.
  • Experience in Egypt’s medical market.
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or another HR Executive.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Solid knowledge of the Egyptian Labor Law.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Strong project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment
  • Written and verbal fluence in English is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or Diplomas in the areas of Human resources, Business or a related discipline.
  • Fluency in another foreign language.
  • Global experience preferred, experience working across cultures.
