Job Description
- Identify the Service center budget, network expansion plan each year as per the top management plan
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Provide regular monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for each service center to the top management
- Be responsible of the P&L of each service center
- Supervise and evaluate the team to make sure they are performing their work efficiently
- Oversee the performance of the service centers and the day-to-day operations
- Hire the required employees as per the plan with the management
- Develop maintenance process and ensure they are being implemented at the service centers
