Job Description
- Managing direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources
- Working closely with the shop to resolve issues, representing customers in production meetings, and communicating status to the customer
- Reviewing business options for profit impacts, for compliance with contracts, policies and procedures, and for innovative ways to achieve customer satisfaction
- Completing customer and internal paperwork. Coordinating the shop and/or programing reviews and customer visits at the site as necessary
- Presenting product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leads (EB and SEB) across Baker Hughes
- Handling complex medium term project processes. Department has to define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs
- Managing important business unit clients.
