Job Summary
The Regional Head will establish a vision and plan to guide our short and long-term approach to vendor pipeline generation along with business development and marketing within the assigned region(s).
Major Duties and Responsibilities
At regional level, qualify customers needs and channel services opportunities to assist our customers in meeting their challenges operating overseas
Represent Flatfee in the Region to enforce service processes and to build the required structure to develop the business within the regional specific context
Work in conjunction with Flatfee s Global HR representative to manage the vendor recruitment process
Identify and select relevant 3rd parties/partners and vendors to deliver added value proposals to customers
Land, adopt, expand, and deepen business and networking opportunities
Explore the full spectrum of relationships and business possibilities with vendors/contractors across the region
Be the cornerstone to develop Flatfee services business by supporting sales and account teams in all service-related initiatives
Monitor the execution of a service delivery in compliance with the company process and procedures
Serve as intermediary between potential and existing clients, vendors/contractors and the Flatfee team
Work in conjunction with Flatfee s External CMO and marketing team to produce marketing materials and resources including translations as needed
Identify and open new, unchartered business opportunities
Work as a team for to ensure efficient use and deployment of resources
Provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions
Stay abreast of region s business environment and communicate any potential risks and/or opportunities as they relate to Flatfee s organizational goals

This is a part-time contract position. Days and hours of work are flexible based on business needs and contractors availability.

Required Education and Experience
2+ years of experience working with a small to mid-sized company
Previous experience utilizing partners, channels and alliances to build relationships and develop business opportunities
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
Experience with global business operations
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience
Finance, sales or business background
Required Skills and Qualifications
Fluent in Arabic and English language
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization
Excellent writing and oral communication skills

Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
