Job Description
- An opportunity is now available for an experienced Air Quality Environmental Engineer to support JIGPC at its Jazan IGCC facility through commissioning and start-up phase for the acquired assets. The duration of the assignment is approximately 24 months with an additional option to roll into a long-term operations assignment. This is an on-site position in Jizan, Saudi Arabia, working 6 days a week.
- The incumbent will report to the Environment Manager and will direct environmental technicians as required. The position will also interact with government agencies, JVs partners, customers, and environmental contractors/engineers in all aspects of ensuring environmental compliance especially with respect to air programs at the JIGPC.
- These positions are intended to target candidates with environmental experience in large process plants, in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries. The JIGPC team supports the safe and efficient leadership, planning, commissioning and start-up of process gas units, including our newly acquired gasification technologies.
