Job Description
- Be responsible for motivating and developing the Account Managers, Systems Engineers, and Systems Engineering Manager
- Implement and manage quality systems and training programs as necessary to support CAPA, validation, complaint registration, physician sample handling, inspection reporting and tracking, policy implementation, at the commercial sites
- Manages a team of 12 Treasury Management Officers and Sales Associates providing
- Monitors staff performance provides appropriate
- TS P&L responsibility for the region including
- Prioritize, triage and track air shopping, pricing, booking and ticketing issues impacting relevant region
- Lead an account team and additional specialists
- Be responsible for an annual revenue quota of hardware and service with significant growth in subsequent years
