The Role:
You will work closely with the Recruitment team to carry out duties in order to support them on the operational and Onboarding side of recruitment.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Maintaining necessary data and documentation and updating systems regularly.
General administrative support of the local and non-local Recruitment teams.Communicating via emails and telephones with stakeholders.Producing regular and ad hoc reports as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have:
Minimum two years of experience working within Recruitment, HR or any other business support function.Previous administration experience/coordinator role.Intermediate/advanced proficiency with computer skills MS Excel / MS Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks as necessary.Able to manage multiple tasks at any given time.Experience working in a very fast paced, multi-cultured environment.Able to comprehend Arabic.Bachelor's degree.
