الوصف الوظيفي
- Greets customers, attends customer queries, and arranges necessary to satisfy the customer demands
- Provides necessary advice and options for the customer’s vehicle needs by confirming the availability of vehicles, terms and conditions and applicable rental charges
- Attends customer calls and responds to their queries through phone, and performs necessary reservations as per client requirement by conforming the payment
- Provides rental offers to customers based on the standard rates, and also upon ensuring department’s rental underwriting procedures are followed
- Follows-up with customers before the expiry of the contract and inquiries about the extension of contract as per customer requirement and updates in CarPro system
