Mandoob/Public Relations Officer

Job Description:

• The person must be able to prepare application both Manual and online for all types of work/visit visas, residence permits, medicals/finger, exit permits, Labor card, Employment contract, other company letters NOCs etc. for employees.
• And renewal of Resident Permit, CR, Trade license, Municipality certificate, etc. for Company.
• Liaising with various Government Departments (Immigration, Labor, Traffic, Municipality) and Agencies to ensure efficient and timely services in order to meet the business requirement.
• Be up to date with any changes or amendments to the existing laws / rules / regulations, changes in forms / formats and other procedures and keep the Human Resources Department be informed of such changes.

Requirements:

• Have good relation and network of contacts in all the government departments to support your work.
• Should have excellent knowledge of all Kuwait, Immigration and Labor Laws and be able to work independently within the time limit.
