Basic Requirements

Education: Bachelor Degree or Diploma Holders in Hotel, Restaurant, Culinary, Hospitality Management or any related course

Total Experience: 4-6 years

GCC Experience: Highly preferred

Gender: Male

Age: Between 26-35 years old

Nationality: Any (Preferably Filipino or Egyptian)

Qualifications

• Knowledge of international cuisines, both hot and cold sections
• Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures

Job Description

• Participate in food preparation, cooking and presentation of meals in accordance with the specified menus.
• Regularly monitor and control the inventory of foods and kitchen supplies in order to avoid waste and ensure on time replenishment of stocks.
• Practice and maintain the required level of safety, healthy and hygienic standards in the kitchen.
