Specification Manager

Job Description

• Manage the entire life cycle of the projects, from early design to specification.
• Building relationships with A Category Architects, Consultants and Clients to ensure products represented bythe company is specified on their projects.
• Add value to the client by advising on the technical specification and the commercial benefits of different products for each project.
• Ensure a very close communication with the Projects team in the respective markets.
• Providing constructive feedback from architects/consultants/clients to the Project team for improvements and increased competiveness.
• Accountable for the protection of profit margin by getting the correct products specified in each project.
• To develop the strategy for successfully getting the products ofthe company specified within each market segment and in each market for which the SS is responsible for.
• Attend Weekly meeting with line manager to report on efforts and performance.
• Attend meetings with line managers / Projects team on project related issues.
• Record, monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities; provide action plans and follow up on implementation.

Job Requirements

• FEMALES ONLY
• Engineering or chemical bachelor degree
• Must be a confident business person who has experience in getting products specified into construction projects and consultants. Excellent communication and presentation skills are vital for success in this role.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in selling or specifying wpcc products for construction projects, with proven track record in a well reputed Waterproofing and Construction Chemical Company in Egypt.
• Excellent English (Speaking, Writing and reading)
• Bachelor’s degree on a related subject/Design related.
• Excellent command in business communication.
• Computer software competencies including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferably a resident of Cairo
• Preferably have a car.
