Your primary responsibility as a Growth Lead will
be to generate company growth by attracting and
retaining more clients. More specifically, in this role
you will:
Develop strategic customer acquisition and
retention marketing plans to drive growth and
maximize immediate and long-term ROI
Design and execute outbound and inbound
marketing campaigns
You'll set up, launch, optimize and efficiently scale
all campaigns in paid social (mostly Twitter/
Instagram/Google
Day-to-day management of online and offline
campaigns across channels including (but not
limited to): paid social, paid search, content,
organic, referral, email, direct mail, podcasts,
affiliate, and video
Ensure clear goals for marketing campaigns/programs and track and report on performance
versus those goals
Determine the right audience, right messaging, and right marketing tactics to deliver on campaign/program goals
Generate the content for use in marketing campaigns, programs, and other initiatives. This
includes but is not limited to drafting marketing emails, social media posts, other collateral; writing
blog articles; and working with our creative and design teams to identify other assets required
Develop and manage project plans to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of marketing campaigns/
initiatives
Identify creative, out-of-the-box ideas for marketing campaigns that can improve our efforts across the
board
You'll provide daily reporting on performance and analysis of how to improve
