Job Description
As Technical Sales you will:
- Achieving sales target values and meets required KPIs
- Builds customer base by meeting with potential clients and presenting benefits of the product
- Responds to all inquiries and sales requests within a specified time frame.
- Performs collection activities as required
- Participates in continued education to learn about new products and improved sales techniques
- Tracks personal sales and submits reports to Sales Manager for period reviews
- Identify potential clients
- Demonstrate software to potential clients
- Update the client's database regularly
- Use CRM to ensure full client satisfaction
- Handle clients complaints and solve simple functional issues
