الوصف الوظيفي
- As a Service Controller you are responsible for the following areas of the operations centre:
- Ensure all service visits by technicians are allocated correctly
- Ensure, via service technicians, that our contractual obligations to our clients are met
- Ensure client requests to terminate or for information are routed to the relevant member of staff to deal with them as they are received
- Enters rejected visits from PDA sync and work list
- Dealing with incoming service related telephone, email or post enquires
- Check service technicians work lists and activity
- Processing on any sales paperwork jobs, service additions/deletions onto the system.
- Update daily KPI figures on the shared drive
- Re-allocation of service areas to cover absence and holidays
- Ensure that PDA Leads are allocated and administered
- Dealing with incoming account queries and pass onto the relevant person to deal with
- Ensuring client request for information are routed to the relevant member of staff to deal with them as they are received
- Raise and process credits once approved by the finance team
- Ensure iCABS is up to date with the correct customer information and specification
- Send out renewal notices to customers in advance of expiry dates
- Provide information and post forms to the field teams as and when requested
- Adhoc duties as and when required to support the Service Manager / Team Leader.
