Interface Division Manager M/F

Job Purpose:

This is an opportunity for you to Identify, develop, coordinate, expedite and steward closure of EPC Contract Interfaces with other Project Contracts and Offshore. Custodian of the Interface Agreement Process with Third Parties, other company Projects and operated facilities. Provides overall guidance and leadership with respect to the Commercial and Physical interfaces applicable to EPC Contract. Ensures activities (including approvals) of Third Parties are undertaken in accordance with Project and Contractor’s needs in general, and compatible with Project schedule and cost objectives to avoid delays, change orders and claims. Responsible for preparation, filing, expediting, and closing all EPC Internal Interfaces with company entities. Responsible for preparation, filing, expediting, and closing all interfaces with Third Parties. Accountable for securing alignment and expediting approvals as required to meet Project objectives.

Your main duties will be to:

• Manage all External and between EPCs technical Interface Agreements (IA) and ensure that a comprehensive, multi-functional review of all requests, responses is maintained and meets Project objectives, requirements, budget, and schedule.
  Assess information on overall Interface Agreements (IA) process performance and implement improvements ensuring that the process is fit for purpose, accepted by the EPC-2 Contractor, appropriate, well established and maintained. Manage guidelines and procedures necessary to support and control the Interface Agreement (IA) process within Onshore Project organization.
  Plan and organize the interface works and activities based on identified interfaces and priorities.
  Works closely with Third Parties and all other emerging projects to achieve Project objectives.
  Establishes solid working relationships with key stakeholders including Joint Facilities Owners’ representatives to establish an environment in which the incumbent can influence decision making based on advocating for the Project requirements.
  Provides clear, accurate, timely, and consistent two-way communication with other organizations (internal & external) with respect to the exchange and alignment of interfaces related information and documentation.
  Provide leadership and accountability for the Onshore/Offshore Project interface.
  Responsible for ensuring timely evaluation, co-ordination, expediting and approval of Interface Queries (IQ) and Agreements (IA) as per the provisions of the EPC Contract.
  Promote clear, accurate, timely, and consistent communication with internal organizations with respect to transferring interface information and documentation.
  Implements and maintains the EPC 2 Contract Interface Management Tool – PIMS (software) to coordinate EPC
