Lead HR System Implementation Officer

About the role:

As a Lead HR System Implementation Officer, you will be responsible for helping us achieve this ambition:

• You will be responsible for the completion of project management and Implementation of HIA HR system related features and enhancements as per the business requirements of internal stakeholders. Ensure seamless transition by Coordinating with HIA IT Team and business users.
• Responsible for documentation of the business requirements based on discussion with the end users.
• Ensure change management is followed based on project scope and implementations.
• Provide functional support to the end user as and when requested.
• Constantly monitor the test performance and recommended any changes in processes needs to be implemented for easy transition for the business users.
• Evaluate the high-risk issues and concerns and escalate it the project heads/Business users.

Qualifications

About you:

• Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor’s level
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Good command of English language
• Managerial skills – Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
• Strong Mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate’s skills.
• Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
