You will provide Executive Management and Line Managers across the dedicated business areas with strategic services.
Role and responsibilities
• Lead HR Strategy Development: Drive the HR Business Partnering strategy for Qatar Airways Group, ensuring alignment with the overall HR plan and business goals.
• Develop and Implement SOPs: Create and manage Standard Operating Procedures for HR Business Partnering activities, focusing on continuous improvement and policy updates to keep pace with the evolving business landscape.
• Innovate and Improve: Challenge existing methods and introduce innovative solutions to foster continuous improvement within the organization.
• Oversee HR Business Partner Activities: Lead the HR team in various areas, including organizational design, strategic planning, talent development, employee relations, service delivery, and performance management.
• Embed HR Business Partnering: Integrate the HR Business Partnering function and model within assigned business units to enhance alignment and effectiveness.
