الوصف الوظيفي
- To ensure all production tickets are adhered to, produced and submitted to the chef-in-charge for closing in the ERP system on time
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene as set out in the food hygiene regulations
- To ensure that all mise-en-place is always freshly prepared and on time
- To ensure that all food items are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity
- To ensure that all food items reach the Expo with the correct portion and size, and presented on the correct packaging in the prescribed manner in compliance with the ERP system
- To ensure that their assigned kitchen sections are always being kept clean and tidy
- To attend training courses and seminars as and when required
