As a HORECA sales outlet, you are responsible for carrying out all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities
Limit your specific area of responsibility - under the general direction of the sales manager.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Offer, promote and sell products to existing and potential customers.
- Perform cost benefit analysis and needs of current / potential clients to meet their needs.
- Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients.
- Reach out to potential customers through phone calls.
- To expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to achieve maximum satisfaction.
- Achieve the agreed sales targets and results within the agreed schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze region / market potential, track sales, final and actual status reports for products received with management agencies and stores.
- Prepares reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and product capabilities
- Keep up with best promotional practices and trends.
- Building strong, influential and cooperative business relationships with retail and agency sales management teams.
- Provide sales advice / training on the company's current products / new products to the sectors' employees
- Responsible for building correct sales forecasts and managing product inventories.
- Responsible for ensuring that clients have the correct order backlog in place.
- Undertake new account development initiatives with market surveys, competition analysis and market penetration.
- Analyze and report business results and trends on a weekly / monthly basis
- Partnering with retail / agency sales executives to ensure appropriate marketing solutions are introduced and implemented.
