Job Description

• Prepare marketing plans and branding objectives for our launch.
• Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation.
• Preparing competitive analysis.
• Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution through both offline and online channels.
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget.
• Analyze consumer behavior.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Organizing Events.
• Engage consumers on social media.
• Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
• Collaborate with sales to make ongoing advances.
• Develop and lead a marketing team.

Job Requirements

• Having 7+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or management.
• Academic Certificates & MBA is highly preferred.
• Must be Result-oriented.
• Previous Experience with real estate developers is a must.
• Must have experience in New Capital and aware of the competition in the market.
• Experience in both online and offline marketing.
• Proven experience in identifying marketing strategy.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing.
