الوصف الوظيفي
- Full-cycle recruiting on technical positions, this includes sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, testing, managing the hiring manager relationship, negotiating salary, and follow through after the candidate is hired.
- High level of technical expertise and have placed multiple IT, Developers, Architects, and other technical candidates.
- Building deep partnerships with Technical Managers to understand their teams hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements/gaps, business, and team dynamics.
- Developing sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates through methods such as web sourcing, Boolean searches, candidate referrals, social networking, etc.
- Identifying, attracting, screening and securing top talent candidates, (both passive and active) for a variety of skill and experience levels.
- Negotiating offers and successfully closing candidates.
- Acting as SME in hiring processes, HR related matters, compliance compensation, leveling guidelines, immigration, etc
- Partner with internal business development team, recruiting team, and client to find talent.
- Able to thoroughly explain IT positions, and vet candidates accordingly.
- You are a learner and desire to increase job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Expert in social media, experienced sourcing via , and other platforms.
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Boolean searches, Microsoft Office Suite, and quick to pick up new systems
