Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the VP of Supply Chain and Operations. The VP of Supply Chain will be responsible for managing all aspects of our supply chain operations in addition to SIOP, Manufacturing, and Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and ensures optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee all supply chain operations, including manufacturing, inventory management, distribution, and logistics
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing Lean Principles across the supply chain.
• Drive the SIOP process to ensure alignment between demand and supply and to optimize inventory levels.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate supply chain processes with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships, ensuring high-quality products, timely delivery, and excellent service.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 15 years of operational experience in the areas of Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Sales/Inventory
• Must have experience in a fast-paced Manufacturing environment with the ability and willingness to roll up your sleeves in order to influence and drive change
• Proven experience managing other Managers and/or Director level individuals
• International Supply Chain experience will be a plus
• Understanding of a Lean Manufacturing environment and Continuous Improvement process
