Senior Talent Management Specialist

Job Description

• Partner in Organization Redesign/restructures and developing charts.
• Provide the proper guidance on performance appraisal process, Goals settings process, and coaching to employees.
• Ensure proper implementation of Performance Management System, Monitor and recommend enhancements of the Performance Management System.
• Oversee the implementation of the performance management cycle to ensure that business objectives are achieved.
• Crisis Management
• Conduct surveys to ensure employee satisfaction
• Calculate employee engagement metrics, like retention and turnover rates
• Design New Manager Orientation program for all managerial level new hire

Job Requirements

• 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the IT field
• Familiarity with Candidate Management Systems and Human Resources software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English is a Must
• Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
• Additional HR certificate is a Plus
