Senior Contracts Coordinator

-Should have minimum 8 years ' experience in all facets of Pre and Post Contract project management .
-Should have prepared estimates for different phases of project .
-Should have experience in preparation of Tender documents and carry out tender administration and post tender evaluation with reporting .
-Should be good analyzer of different types of Contracts and adviser to the management about the acceptability of proposed agreements and concerns therein . Also advice the management about the potential risks to be looked into during operation of the Contract .
-Should be able to prepare cost variations , evaluation reports , prepare consultants payment applications and follow - up payments with different clients in accordance with the agreed Contracts .
