الوصف الوظيفي

The Admin Legal provides comprehensive administrative support to the legal team and ensures smooth legal operations within the organization. The role involves handling legal documents managing legal records assisting in contract preparation and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In a real estate context this role will also support property transactions including lease agreements property titles and contracts with clients and vendors.

Legal Document Management:

  • Prepare review and organize legal documents such as contracts property leases purchase agreements and legal correspondence.
  • Maintain an organized and uptodate filing system for legal documents.
  • Assist in the and filing of legal documents with government agencies or external stakeholders.

Contract Administration:

  • Assist in drafting reviewing and maintaining contracts with vendors clients and third parties.
  • Track contract deadlines expirations renewals and amendments.
  • Coordinate contract signatures and ensure proper document .

Legal Research & Compliance:

  • Conduct research on relevant laws and regulations related to real estate transactions zoning laws and property rights.
  • Ensure the companys legal activities comply with real estate laws local regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist in managing corporate governance matters including compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the legal team including scheduling meetings organizing legal files and answering phone calls or emails.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel or law firms as needed.
  • Manage calendars arrange travel and prepare expense reports for the legal team.

Litigation Support:

  • Assist the legal team in managing litigation matters including preparing documents for court filings tracking case progress and coordinating with external attorneys.
  • Maintain records of court cases and legal proceedings relevant to the company.

Real Estate Transaction Support:

  • Assist in the preparation and of real estate transactions such as property acquisitions leases and sales.
  • Coordinate with real estate agents brokers and external legal counsel to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Review and verify propertyrelated documentation including titles deeds and contracts.

Corporate Secretarial Duties:

  • Assist with corporate governance matters including maintaining company records preparing board meeting minutes and ensuring compliance with corporate regulations.
  • Ensure timely filings of company documents with relevant authorities.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Law Business Administration or a related field. Legal assistant or paralegal certification is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in a legal administrative role preferably within the real estate industry.
    • Familiarity with real estate laws contract law and corporate governance.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with legal management software or real estate transaction software is an advantage.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple deadlines and handle confidential information.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to handle legal inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
