b. Prepare official correspondence in English and Arabic for external parties and the Jordanian authorities as requested by supervisor.
c. Assist the Office Manager and Jordan country team with translations when required.
d. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
e. Handle the office petty cash and ensure all office utilities and telephones are paid in time.
f. Maintain supplies inventory by checking office and stationary stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies.
g. Track mail between Offices.
