Education And Experience

Qualifications:

• Medical / Science background Bachelor degree required.
• A minimum of 10 years of commercial experience, marketing background with proven track record in leading marketing planning and execution is a plus
• Able to demonstrate strong collaboration with internal cross functions such as market Access, H&V/Pricing, Medical, KAMs, GCO, Regulatory, Supply, Finance, HR and Legal
• Leading high performing teams by winning in the right way
• Business and financial acumen, ability to read and lead category P&L
• Fluent written and spoken English and local language
