HR Digital Marketer

YOUR ROLE

• Develop and execute HR communication in digital/graphical form for internal and external use by the regional/country HR teams
• Maintain and optimize the content of the regional HR social media handles
• Create interesting and interactive content for HR announcements
• Measure the effectiveness of the HR communication internally and on social media on monthly basis
• Support in the preparation of presentations for all regional/global discussions
• Analyze, report and present HR KPI's to the regional/country team
  

Your Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Digital Graphics , Marketing or any relevant study
• Minimum 1 year experience in any relevant field
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Creative, resourceful, and a strategic thinker
• Proficient user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Experience with Adobe design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is highly preferred
