We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our clients team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia .
The ideal candidate should be a Saudi national with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management with a strong background in talent acquisition performance management and HR policy development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the companys goals and objectives
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process ensuring the selection of topquality candidates
Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
Identify training and development needs and plan and implement relevant programs
Manage employee relations and handle any issues or conflicts that may arise
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Maintain employee records and handle all HRrelated documentation
Participate in strategic planning and provide recommendations for improving HR processes and practices
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management preferably in a fastpaced environment
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
Proven experience in talent acquisition performance management and HR policy development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
Contract Details:
This is a fulltime position based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package including medical insurance annual leave and other allowances.
