We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Project Accountant to join our team in Al Jubail Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our projects ensuring accurate reporting and analysis to support informed decisionmaking.

  • Enter and Maintain Billing Plan in SAP for each Saes Order and project.
  • Ensure Values in Billing plan are matching with customer Purchase orders.
  • Prepare proforma and tax Invoice from SAP for due milestone and update invoicing database. 
  • Monitor Incoming Payments and link with related invoices. 
  • Ensure Customer Data on invoice is correct as per legal documents. 
  • Run real time reports to check invoice postings are to correct accounts
  • Run Revenue Recognition report periodically and review postings. 
  • Report any Issues in invoices or Sales order billing  to respective   project manager.
  • Prepare Draft Bank Guatantee  and final Bank Guarantee from Bank Portal
  • Review Customers Draft LC documents to ensure all information are per companys controlling requirement.
  • Preparing Statement of Account from Systems as and when requested by project Manager. 
  • Support Operations Manager with needed reports for Account Recevable (Aging Reports etc).
  • Upload Invoices on Customers portal wherever needed. 
  • Prepare Intra company Invoices for Factory. 
  • Coordinate with project Managers of Riyadh jeddah and Jubail to ensure supporting document is secured before invoicing. 
  • Prepare Credit Notes after securing approvals from respective managers/controller.
  • Handle any other related tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in project accounting or a related field
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP Oracle).
  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Understanding of projectbased accounting principles
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian tax laws and regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment

Tools Knowledge :

  • Expert in Excel and MS Office tools
  • SAP Knowledge will be added advantage .

  • Able to meet deadlines.
  • Strong Attention to details. 
  • Able to work on your own initiative.
  • Able to work efficiently with muiltple priorities in parallel.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrate organisational skills and attention to detail
