Position: ER & Payroll Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ER & Payroll Specialist to join our team on a fulltime basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations and payroll management with a deep understanding of labor laws and regulations. The ER & Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations and payroll processes for our clients ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all employee relations matters including performance management disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding any HRrelated inquiries or concerns.
Stay uptodate with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all employee relations matters.
Process payroll for our clients accurately and on time including calculating wages taxes and deductions.
Maintain accurate records of employee data including personal information attendance and benefits.
Prepare and distribute reports on payroll and employee relations metrics.
Collaborate with other HR team members to develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee relations and payroll.
Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
Provide support to managers and supervisors on HRrelated matters such as performance evaluations and employee development.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in employee relations and payroll management.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detailoriented with strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Proficient in HRIS and payroll software.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
