Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting networking and cold calling.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored logistics and supply chain solutions.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Negotiation and Deal Closure: - Prepare and present proposals quotations and contracts ensuring competitive pricing and terms.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
- Close deals efficiently and maintain a high conversion rate.
Market Analysis: - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in sales preferably in logistics supply chain or servicebased industries.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Good English language skills both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
