الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:
* Conceptualise develop and present interior design concepts that align with client requirements project specifications and industry best practises
* Conduct site surveys gather client briefs and analyse space requirements to inform design solutions
* Produce detailed design documentation including floor plans elevations specifications and colour schemes
* Collaborate with architects engineers and other professionals to ensure the seamless integration of interior design into building projects
* Oversee the procurement and placement of furniture fabrics and other interior elements
* Manage budgets and timelines to deliver projects efficiently and within scope
* Stay abreast of emerging design trends and technologies to enhance design solutions
* Attend industry events and participate in professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
* Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design
*Proven experience as an Interior Designer
* Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp and other design software
* Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Strong understanding of building codes materials and finishes
* Passion for creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing interiors
