الوصف الوظيفي
- Coordinate daily activities and ensure smooth workflow within the team.
- Communicate with clients vendors and internal departments to ensure alignment on tasks.
- Maintain and update records reports and documentation as required.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending tasks.
- Assist in scheduling meetings preparing reports and handling correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to improve efficiency.
- Support logistics procurement or administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications :
- Diploma/ Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication (English and Arabic) and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
