الوصف الوظيفي
- Develop the Risk Management strategy plan and procedures for the project.
- Develop and manage the project risk management register.
- Manages and directs clients consultants contractors project team on all risk management matters.
- Comprehensively identifying Risks that might impact on the achievement of the Program Objectives
- Accurately assessing using both qualitative and quantitative methods the potential impacts of the identified Risks
- Prioritizing the requirements for Risk response identification
- Formulating appropriate responses to the identified Risks
- Quantifying adequate cost and time provisions for postresponse residual Risk impacts
- Controlling the implementation of identified Risk responses
- Monitoring changes in Risk exposure identifying new Risks and modifying responses
- Data gathering to support monthly risk reports; including report preparation
- Establish Risk Management cadence including recurring meetings and reporting
- Conduct regular risk workshops with different stakeholders
- High degree of technical proficiency in implementing risk management procedures on major construction projects.
- Understanding of key engineering concepts.
- Strong understanding of construction projects decencies and interfaces within the project lifecycle
- Technically proficient in one or more risk management tools (i.e. Active Risk Manager Primavera Risk Analysis etc).
- Proficient with quantitative cost and schedule analysis using Monte Carlo simulation techniques
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders at all levels in order to negotiate winwin situations
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a highly pressurized and everchanging work environment
- High degree of competency in the use of Microsoft Office software (Excel Word & PowerPoint
- Expert knowledge of risk tools techniques and software (e.g. Active Risk Manager riskHive @risk Primavera Risk Analyzer).
- Ability to manage activities with significant uncertainty of solution or outcome.
- Comprehensive knowledge planning tools (e.g. Programme P6 Astra MS project).
- Practical knowledge of Power BI and other reporting suite tools.
Qualifications :
- BSc construction management engineering planning management or equivalent
- Min 12 years of experience
- Chartered (or equivalent) membership of relevant professional institution(s) e.g. Association of Project Managers/Institute of Risk Management
