الوصف الوظيفي
Education: bachelor s or master s degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources management preferably in the financial services industry with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) and Saudi Central Bank regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HR software and systems.
