Black & Grey HR is seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer to drive product innovation and technical leadership in high mast lighting solutions for roadways and sports applications. Based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia this role offers a unique opportunity to shape nextgeneration lighting systems that combine efficiency durability and cuttingedge technology.

Lead endtoend product development from concept to deployment.
Work with advanced lighting technologies and energyefficient solutions.
Collaborate with top consultants contractors and design teams.
Influence strategic decisions and drive market leadership in the region.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the design development and implementation of high mast lighting systems.
Ensure compliance with European American and GCC standards.
Develop customized solutions for largescale roadway and sports lighting projects.
Optimize product performance energy efficiency and maintenance needs.
Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and innovations.
Serve as a technical mentor providing training and guidance to internal teams.
Build strong relationships with clients suppliers and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with European American and GCC standards.
Develop customized solutions for largescale roadway and sports lighting projects.

Requirements
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Mechanical Structural or Electrical Engineering.
810 years of handson experience in high mast lighting systems.
Expertise in structural mechanical and electrical aspects of lighting solutions.
Proven ability to lead product innovation and ensure regulatory compliance.
Strong communication skills to engage with technical teams and key stakeholders.
