Campaign Planning & Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies across various channels.
Conduct thorough keyword research audience targeting and competitive analysis.
Create compelling ad copy visuals and landing pages that drive conversions.
Manage campaign budgets effectively optimizing for ROI and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
Monitor campaign performance closely and make realtime adjustments as needed.
Platform Expertise:
Deep understanding of the nuances of each advertising platform (Meta X TikTok Google Ads etc.).
Ability to leverage the latest platform features and updates to improve campaign performance.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in paid advertising.
Tracking & Measurement:
Implement and maintain robust tracking systems using Google Tag Manager and data layers.
Accurately track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic conversions cost per acquisition (CPA) and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
Reporting & Analysis:
Develop and maintain comprehensive performance reports and dashboards.
Present datadriven insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Analyze campaign performance trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with other marketing teams (e.g. content creative product) to ensure campaign alignment and success.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Qualifications :
3 years of handson experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Proven track record of achieving significant results with paid advertising campaigns.
Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Deep understanding of Mobile App Campaigns & Measurement
Expertise in using Google Tag Manager and data layer implementation.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
Proficiency in using data visualization tools (e.g. Google Data Studio Tableau) to create compelling reports and dashboards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Technical Skills:
Expertise in using Google Ads Meta Ads Manager X Ads Manager TikTok Ads Manager.
Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics Google Data Studio Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills).
Advanced skills in MMPs.
Strong understanding of GTM Data Layers
Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing.
