الوصف الوظيفي
- Oversee and manage the full scope of assigned projects ensuring timely progress and execution.
- Develop preliminary design drawings based on sketches from the Chief Designer and Art Director translating concepts into effective communication tools.
- Organize and coordinate concept presentation content including material and finish selections inspirational references and concept visuals.
- Lead the visual and technical design process ensuring all necessary design details are accurately presented.
- Prepare and monitor the production of Material Boards Avant Projet presentations and FF&E (Furniture Fixtures and Equipment) selections ensuring approval from the Chief Designer before finalization.
- Maintain and update FF&E selections and material specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and refine schematic design drawings before submission to the technical department.
- Provide project status reports to the Project Leader detailing progress on tasks assigned to Junior Designers and Visual & Technical Designers.
- Participate in client and internal meetings to stay informed on project developments alongside the Chief Designer and Art Director.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with project requirements.
- Prepare and document meeting minutes for efficient project tracking.
- Remain available and responsive for projectrelated requirements as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools.
- Strong knowledge of materials finishes and FF&E selections.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
