الوصف الوظيفي
- Oversee and manage retail inventory including stock updates rotation and quality control.
- Ensure timely preparation of products for display and efficient reorganization from exposure back to stock.
- Support in creating product assortment plans for retail spaces ensuring optimal stock utilization.
- Organize product transfers replenishments and restocking to maintain inventory quality.
- Track and address weekly stock needs to meet demand effectively.
- Collaborate on the planning and execution of product layouts and display designs.
- Ensure the visual presentation of goods aligns with the brands aesthetic and guidelines.
- Manage orders including goods loading/unloading and interstore handling.
- Act as the liaison between store teams and inhouse teams facilitating seamless communication.
- Monitor daily weekly and monthly sales performance preparing detailed reports and briefings.
- Follow up on sales trends payments and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze bestsellers and slow sellers by assessing price points colors sizes and other factors to maximize sales potential.
- Train store teams on the brand s spirit quality standards and customer service to foster a strong sense of belonging and motivation.
- Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Coordinate deliveries in close collaboration with stores and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate stock availability.
- Serve as the primary reference for store teams regarding product collections and launch details.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A University Degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Stock Manager Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor in luxury retail.
- Demonstrated sales leadership and customer focus with a refined understanding of personalized retail assortments.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen sense of detail.
- Positive and proactive approach to problemsolving in a fastpaced environment.
- Adaptability punctuality and the ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills to assess product performance and optimize inventory strategies.
Working Conditions:
- Location: Downtown.
- Schedule: 7 days a week.
