We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor Engineer to join our team in TabukNeom Saudi Arabia. In this role you will oversee and manage onsite activities performed by the general contractor. As a key member of the project management team you will ensure all electrical engineering work is executed to meet project specifications quality standards and timelines.
- Supervise and coordinate electrical engineering projects from conception to completion and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
- Coordinate with the project management team to address site challenges and ensure smooth project execution
- Review and approve work progress
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize project performance
- Prepare and review technical reports project documentation and electrical drawings
- Analyze project requirements and develop costeffective solutions
- Stay updated on the latest electrical engineering technologies and industry trends
- Participate in client meetings and provide expert technical advice
- Identify and resolve issues that may impact project schedules or quality
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 9 years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on industrial applications
- Proven experience in supervising electrical projects and leading engineering teams
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles power distribution systems and control systems
- Excellent project management skills including budgeting and resource allocation
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Outstanding leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents electrical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and industry standards
- Experience with industrial electrical systems and power distribution networks
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- Ability to work on night shift
